COMPILATION OF AL-QUR'AN: THE VERBATIM RECORD OF THE WORDS OF ALLAH (SWT) OR THE UN-CREATED WORDS OF ALLAH (SWT)

This Monograph Compilation of Al-Qur'an: the Verbatim Record of the Words of Allah (SWT) or the Un-created Words of Allah (SWT) is divided into three parts. Part-I presents an authentic account of the series of events which led to the compilation of a single standard version of the Qur'an during the Caliphate of ‘Uthman (RA) which is used by the Muslims the world over. It also critically and objectively looks into the criticisms of the Orientalists against the Qur'an. They have been found to be baseless and unsubstantiated. The Monograph produces irrefutable evidence and arguments to establish the authenticity of Al-Qur’an as the Uncreated Words of Allah (SWT).

In Part-II a comparative study has been made of the Qur'anic revelations and description in the Taurat (Torah) on identical themes. There is a large measure of uniformity in their respective descriptions on identical themes. However, the human interpolations in the Taurat (Torah) become evident where they differ substantially from the Qur'an which contains the ultimate truth.

Part-III highlights the commonalities in thoughts, values and ideologies of the three monotheistic religions viz. Judaism, Christianity and Islam. Their ideological differences are negligible ethical norms and moral values are almost identical. This wide convergence of their respective value systems speaks eloquently that they have all been derived from the same common source i.e. Allah (SWT). In view of this strong and striking commonality of their value systems it should not be difficult for Jews, Christians and Muslims to make a united endeavour to end corruption, exploitation, conflict, tyranny and oppression from this world and establish enduring peace and ensure continuing progress of human civilization.
